What is AARU?

AARU is an online community for people committed to love, consciousness, and spiritual action, with the shared intention of contributing to the creation of a better world: what we call the New Earth.


For us, the New Earth is a shared vision of a more conscious, loving, and harmonious humanity, which we cultivate through global meditations, channeled guidance, ceremonies, energy practices, and collective intentions.


Together, we create a living temple: a space of consciousness where we awaken our inner power, receive spiritual teachings, expand our gifts, and continuously support one another on a path of healing, service, and transformation.

AARU Methodology

AARU is made up of 33 foundational teaching codes, created to support your journey and training as a Priestess, Guardian, or Guardianess of the New Earth. Once you complete this path, you will receive your AARU title, allowing you to integrate the tools you have learned into your own events, retreats, therapies, ceremonies, and spiritual work.

The programme is delivered online. We meet once a month for a class of approximately three hours, where you receive a new ascension code. We use the word “code” to describe the energetic and spiritual teaching for each month; every code carries a specific frequency, practice, and activation designed to support your process of expansion.

Each class combines energetic activations, guided meditation, rituals, Ascension Yoga, conscious breathing, movement, voice work through mantras and sacred chants, and emotional and energetic integration. The intention is for each teaching to go beyond intellectual understanding, allowing it to be experienced, felt, and integrated through the body, the heart, and everyday life.

    We actively listen to the calls of Mother Earth through channeled guidance that inspires blessing chants, purification work, and targeted energetic service. In doing so, we respond to her rhythm across different corners of the world with awareness and devotion.

To date, our missions have reached sacred sites and communities across the world, including Vereda del Carmen, San José del Guaviare, Athens, Avalon, the Bosnian Pyramids, Transylvania, Egypt, Mexico, Peru, and Japan.

For each mission, members may travel directly to these locations, while others join remotely through shared intention—anchoring and holding the energy from wherever they are in the world.

AARU Tools

To support our journey, we work with sacred elements that focus energy, activate intention, and deepen our connection. These include: High-vibrational stones, such as Libyan Desert Glass (Gold Tektite), Mudra Crystals, and Prophecy Stones, the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, your personal altar as a living sanctuary and sacred symbols and sound healing instruments.

Beyond these, our primary instruments remain the body, the voice, and the heart: the body as a channel, the voice as an activation, and the heart as our compass. Everything is designed to help you reclaim your inner power and live your spirituality in a grounded, practical, and deeply connected way.
