Michelle Acosta
I am a spiritual guide, hypnotherapist, energy healer, and retreat facilitator. I am also the creator of Ascension Yoga and Ascension Tuning—two modalities born from my own path of deep inner transformation, sacred movement, sound, and the expansion of consciousness.
As the founder of AARU: Priestesses and Guardians of the New Earth, I lead a mystery school and spiritual community devoted to awakening consciousness, remembering ancestral wisdom, and embodying a new frequency of the human experience.
Originally from Colombia, I now live in Glastonbury, Avalon, in the United Kingdom—a sacred land deeply connected to my path and revered as the heart chakra of the Earth. From this energetic hub, I guide people through retreats, ceremonies, online teachings, meditations, and transformational journeys designed to awaken the soul, heal the heart, and activate inner mastery.
My path began in the corporate world. With a degree in Business Administration and advanced studies in Project Management and Quality Systems, I walked a traditional road to success for many years. Yet deep within, I knew that true fulfillment and transformation were never found outside ourselves, but within the integration of mind, body, heart, and spirit.
This inner calling led me to explore diverse paths of healing and awakening—spanning yoga, meditation, Vipassana, and mindfulness, alongside hypnotherapy, energy healing, sacred sound, and ancestral traditions from cultures around the world.
My journey has taken me to ancient temples, pyramids, and sacred landscapes across the globe, gathering teachings, deep inspiration, and activations that form the foundation of my work today.
My mission is to create sacred spaces where you can reconnect with your soul, release what no longer serves, awaken your intuitive gifts, and remember that you are the sovereign master of your own ascension.
